First off, I am from Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico.

Second, I am  a SKATEBOARDER. 

It changed my life at the age of 11 years old. Never before had I been able to feel such freedom. Problems faded, and I flourished in the simple act of riding a board. Trying to perfect tricks,  there was plenty of falling down!    and of course LANDING the Hard Trick. Even if you don't skate you can understand the feeling that you get after practicing something for hours, falling down over and over, bleeding and battered, you finally LAND IT!

I have been fortunate enough to have been placed in a sort of spotlight that I can use to expose the inequities bestowed on the Skaters of Mexico. Let us create common ground by using skateboarding as a tool to re-discover each other

KELLY FISH

Raised in Venice, CA. Huge respect for the magic that skateboards, half-pipes and ten stairs instill in skateboarders both young and old. I work in Venice with inner city youth by school year and when summer rolls around I take kids out of their element and introduce them to nature-hardcore. One thing our community taught me how to do-give back. Grew up a hooligan skating around the streets of Venice with a pack of wolves and have ever since been in awe of the culture, camaraderie, history and future of this stellar sport.
